Some realizations ...

Stationary cleaner for cleaning and chopping vegetables. This machine is driven by a hydraulic unit on power current (in this case 3x 230v). The vegetables are first dry cleaned with axial cleaning rollers and are thus transported to the large cleaning roller. Both the axial cleaning rollers and the large cleaning roller are infinitely adjustable in speed. At the back of the machine, a chopping unit with chopping roller and counter blade 800mm wide is mounted to chop the vegetables. If there is only a need to clean the vegetables, the chopper can also be pulled up. At the customer's request, the vegetables were also cleaned wet, with a spray system above the cleaning roller.

Cleaning consists of part dry cleaning, and, in this case, optional wet cleaning. The dry cleaning consists of axial roller set, which transports the product to a large cleaning drum. The large cleaning drum rotates in a reservoir, through which the product is wet cleaned. Waste contained in the water is discharged through a special unloading belt with scrapers. To completely clean the reservoir in case of heavy contamination, it can be hydraulically lowered and removed on the telescopic handler's forks. This machine is equipped with a swivelling cutting cabinet (with optional stone protection) , allowing a choice of cutting the product or unloading it uncut onto the optional unloading belt. In this case, the machine is equipped with a 3m long unloading belt (optional), which is hydraulically swivelling and height-adjustable. The machine stands on hydraulically height-adjustable legs and wheel set.
